Reporting a false positive
AI detection is probabilistic, so a score is never proof of authorship. Reports of human writing that Astra flagged as AI help us describe the limits honestly. If you can, include the score you saw, which page you used, the language of the text and roughly how long it was. Because the detector analyzes text on your own device, we never see the text you checked, so only share an excerpt if you are comfortable doing so.
Before writing, you may find answers in Accuracy & limits and How AI detection works.
Reporting a bug
A good bug report helps us reproduce and fix the problem quickly. Please include the page or tool you were using, your browser and device, what you expected and what happened instead, and any error message on screen.
Reporting an ad
Ads on Astra are provided by Google AdSense. If you see an ad that seems misleading, offensive or inappropriate, use the “AdChoices” or “Why this ad?” control on the ad to report it directly to Google. You can also email us the page address and a description or screenshot of the ad, and we will review it and block the advertiser where possible.
